Pat Welch, a native Texan, graduated from Churchill High School in San Antonio. He proudly served in the US Navy aboard the USS Sylvania, then returned home and started a remodeling company of his own where he gained experience by working with realtors & investors on their homes. He confirmed his "life passion" of buying and selling homes. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor with Better Homes & Gardens where he also learned the art of Listing & Marketing client's homes in order present them in the most professional way, and Sell them in a short amount of time. The knowledge and experience gained by working with realtors & investors on their homes, confirmed His "life passion" of buying and selling homes. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor and work hard to help others in finding their dream home. He also learned the art of Listing & Marketing client's homes in order present them in the most professional way, and sell them in a short amount of time. He loves the industry and after researching the many companies out there, chose the Coldwell Banker, D'Ann Harper organization. Pat felt he was called to join their Realty team and be a part of a closely knit family that cares deeply about people, puts God first, and specializes in finding families the perfect home!

After spending 30 years in the Wireless industry, I was fortunate to have sold my business. Investing in commercial property in 1999 as an owner/operator has allowed me the opportunity to pursue my passion...Real Estate. Candy Cargill is the broker and owner of Hill Country Real Estate that was founded by her Mother in the early 1970's making it the oldest company in Blanco County. She has been involved with numerous civic organizations through the years holding a variety of offices. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, The Texas Association of REALTORS®, The Central Hill Country, Bandera County and The Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® and has earned the TRLP, GRI, SRES and e-Pro designation, SRES and is GRI, Vice President of the Central Hill Country Board of REALTORS®, President, Board of Directors of The Central Hill Country Board of REALTORS®.and Region 7 Representative to the Texas Association of REALTORS® Political Involvement Council moving up to Regional Vice President of Region 7 which includes Boards from the Hill Country like Bandera, Kerrville, Central Hill Country, Four Rivers then goes south to Uvalde, Del Rio, Eagle Pass and Laredo. Currently serving on Professional Standards Committee and Pubic Policy-Land Use Committee for the Texas REALTORS® and Land Use/Environmental Issues for National Association of REALTORS®. She was awarded The Central Hill Country Board of REALTORS® "REALTOR® of the YEAR" award for 2012 and the Lifetime Achievement Award for 2016. Plus, in was installed in the RPAC/TREPAC Hall of Fame, meaning she puts her money where her mouth is when it comes to protecting Texans Private Property Rights. When asked about her real estate profession and her role at Hill Country Real Estate, she said "It means that I have the opportunity to do everything from mowing the grass, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms to meeting some of the most fascinating people that start off as clients and end up as good friends...just can't think of anything better to do."
